This hands-on course equips participants with the essential skills, safety knowledge, and practical techniques required to work confidently in commercial cleaning environments. Learn industry-standard procedures while developing the reliability and professionalism employers value.

What You’ll Learn:

• Apply workplace health and safety practices in cleaning operations.
• Clean and maintain amenities such as bathrooms to professional standards.
• Clean and maintain rooms, furniture, and fittings to professional standards.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Select and use appropriate cleaning chemicals for different surfaces.
• Work efficiently as part of a commercial cleaning team.

Nationally Accredited Units:

• BSBWHS211 – Contribute to health and safety of self and others
• CPPCLO3111 – Clean rooms, furniture and fittings
• CPPCLO3103 – Clean and maintain amenities

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for all units. These credentials demonstrate compliance with safety standards and practical capability in commercial cleaning environments.
