Delivered in partnership with Forklift Training and Licensing, this program supports jobseekers to gain practical workplace skills and prepare for employment opportunities in warehousing and forklift operations.

Participants gain real-world experience using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems, alongside Forklift Operations aligning to current industry practices in warehousing, freight, and distribution centres.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Operate handheld RF scanning devices to locate, pick, and track stock accurately.
  • Use voice-directed picking systems to follow digital picking instructions efficiently.
  • Apply workplace health and safety procedures in warehouse environments.
  • Conduct routine equipment and safety checks
  • Understand warehouse layouts, bin locations, and workflow processes.
  • Safely operate a forklift truck in warehouse environments.

Nationally Accredited Unit:

  • TLIA0022 – Pick and Process Orders
  • TLILIC0003 - Licence to operate a forklift truck
    • Delivered and Assessed by Forklift Training & Licensing RTO ID 94518

On successful completion, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment. This credential demonstrates competency in technology-driven warehouse operations and supports employment across logistics and distribution sectors.

No Formal Pre-Requisites

Open to participants who meet basic language, literacy, and numeracy requirements. No prior warehouse experience is required.
